Office Hours, Scheduling & Contact Information

 Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted. 

Appointments for personal property retrieval and vehicle redemption are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and only after all required documentation has been received and verified from the lien holder.

Submission of paperwork by a lien holder does not guarantee same-day or next-day appointment availability.

To request an appointment, you may call the office.

If no one is available, you must leave a voicemail including your 

• Full legal name 
• Contact phone number
• Last six (6) digits of the vehicle VIN.

Due to call volume and workload, office staff will respond in the order calls, emails, and chat messages are received. Response times may vary based on volume, documentation status, and scheduling availability. 

All releases of vehicles and personal property are subject to:

• Verification of ownership or authorized interest
   
• Lien holder authorization (when applicable)
   
• Compliance with all applicable state and local laws
   

Scheduling and release are dependent upon receipt of required documentation from the lien holder. Delays in lien holder documentation may delay scheduling or release.
